This is the View of Jerusalem from the Phasael Tower at the David Citadel - the Tower of David Museum.
This Panorama view of Jerusalem offers a great lookout at Jerusalem's biblical sites such as the Mount of Olives in the Background, The Dome of the Rock, The Church of the Holy Sepulchre, the Hurva Synagogue, the Lutheran Church in Jerusalem and much more. In addition, Mt. Scopus and the Hebrew University can be seen north-east of the Mount of Olives.
Phasael Tower - Was built by Herod the Great during the Hasmonite period. This is the only remanent of the citadel which was destroyed by the Roman Empire during the sacking of Jerusalem in 70 AD.
