The Knesset in Jerusalem
The Knesset is Israel's House of Representatives and the building of the Israeli Parliament. Located adjacent to Jerusalem's Israel Museum, the Israeli Supreme Court and the Wohl Rose Park, the Knesset was built in 1966 and expanded several times since. The 120 Members of Knesset participate in legislative votes and represent the interests of all Israeli publics. The Knesset is famous for the Menorah sculpture in its front driveway, emulating the Candelabra of the Jewish Temple.
